Nature Of work: Answer all the queries of the UK based customer through Chats. Center will get a admin portal where they can chat with customer.
PC Required: 10 Seats
Workload: Depends on center capacity
Contract period: 11 Months
Working Day: 30 Days
Shift: 8 Hour as per UK time Zone
Submission: Daily
Payout: £6 / hour/Per Agent
Billing: £6 x 8 hours x 10 seat
Example: If a UK Pound Rate is 100.00 (INR) £6
(600 Inr) x 8Hrs x 10 seats = 48000 Per day
If center runs 26 days in a month then : 48000*26 = 124800/- Approx
Payment: After Invoice within 10 working Days

Sign up : With end client based at USA and sign will be at client office in USA or online with USA Client or vendor’s office in India.

- Center has to ensure that all that is mentioned in the company profile and other legal papers & certification is true and correct.

Campaign: USA Customer Chat Support.
Description:
Centre has to provide customer support for USA leading online retail shop. Center has to provide knowledge support to customers. Center has to assist and help the customers to buy the products and guide them to using the website to full extent.
Payout: $12 per hour per system
Seats: 20 seats
Working Hours: 2030-0530 HRS IST
Working days: Monday to Saturday.
Payment Cycle & Mode: Fortnight and Bank Wire.
Training: Will be for 6 days and 5 hours a day via Skype.
Contract: Minimum of 12 months and can be extended with mutual consent from both the parties.
Sign up: With end client based in UK. Sign up can be done Online or center can visit to client place.
Technologies:
Minimum of Leased Line with 2Mbps 1:1 Ratio with hardware based Firewall and should have Dell or IBM Server for Chatting platform installation with configuration of Intel Dual Quad Core Xeon E5405 2.0 GHZ (8 Cores) and server should run Ubuntu Linux 11 Server. Workstation should have Dual Core or above with minimum of 2 Gigs of RAM.
Other Stuffs: Centre must provide all the chat transcripts on daily basis via client FTP. Chat drops or Customer complaints should not cross more than 5% on weekly basis.
Sign up Procedure:
1. Center Profile will be screened
2. Center Visiting and Center Auditing
3. Center Finalizing from Client.
4. SLA will be done.
5. Client will start training and Client will install their chatting applications and platform into dedicated server.
6. Client release advance billing to Center main bank account.
7. Center goes live.
