Mandatory Details For ESDM Program
  1. Student should have Aadhaar Number for sure. If Aadhaar Number is not there at the time of registration, process should start immediately and by the time of Assessment, Aadhaar number should be generated and updated on our portal.
  2. Candidate’s name cannot be changed post registration.
  3. Use Biometric attendance/ Attendance Register for all Training.
  4. Caste category document, if applicable is also to be submitted along with registration for availing benefit in full reward money reimbursement.
  5. Income certificate, if applicable is also to be submitted along with registration for availing benefit in full reward money reimbursement under EWS quota.
  6. Educational Qualifications should be according to that specified against each job role and supporting documents will have to be submitted.

Payment cycle will be  as per government guideline.

Detailed quality report also available upon center request... the center can also opt for a third party check of quality depending upon mutual consent.

Infrastructure requirements of the center
  1. Maintaining PMKVY posters outside the center.
  2. Maintaining PMKVY posters at Reception, Classrooms & Labs.
  3. Maintaining the PMKVY Admission Forms & Feedback Forms.
  4. Maintaining PMKVY Attendance Register.
  5. Maintaining PMKVY Syllabus of the respective Courses.
  6. Maintaining Courseware- 1 Copy of Course Book.
  7. Maintaining Trainers Updated CV.
  8. Compulsory Trainer Has to attend & clear the Telephonic Round Of Interview.
  9. Compulsorily the Trainer also has to attend the TOT session (Training of The Trainers) at the nearest Location.
  10. Maintaining the Franchise Agreement.
  11. Proper Awareness about the PMKVY Scheme amongst the Center peoples, Trainer’s & Trainee’s.
NOTE:
      The above mentioned point have to be undertaken & maintained timely.

      To center could be audited “N” number of times by various parties at the time like PMKVY/NSDC/TP/THIRD PARTY AUDIT.

NOTE:
      If the Center satisfies the above mentioned requirements as per the PMKVY V2.0 guiedlines, then only the Center would be Registered & Audited.
      The entire requirement has to be submitted along with the center detail for registration.
      If any point/bulletin is missed out at the time of submitting, then the gape has to fill at the earliest, unless the center will not be registered & audited.
      Avoid delay in submission of details.
      To center could be audited “N” number of times by various parties at the time like PMKVY/NSDC/TP/THIRD PARTY AUDIT.

  4. Encourage standardization in the certification process and initiate a process of creating a registry of skills

  5. Transparent Process

Process
}  A] Mobilization: Training Center can mobilize the students using various mediums of marketing and advertisement like email,sms, flyer, broucher, hoardings etc. Training Center has to strictly adhere by the Marketing Guidelines of PMKVY
}  B] Batch Formation: Minimum Batch Size of 10 and Maximum Batch Size of 30 is permitted. Training Center needs to collect all the Information related to Trainee. Aadhar Card Details is Mandatory. In case trainee not having the Aadhar Card then it is the Training Centre responsibility to facilitate the students to make Aadhar Card. Till then Batches can be commenced by using the mobile number of Student.
}  C] Assessment Fees: Rs.800/- to Rs 1200/- Trainee Assessment Fees has to be paid to Assessment Agency through Training Partner/Provider. For E.g. for a batch of 20 Students then Rs. 16,000/- Assessment Fees has to be paid before the commencement of the batch.
}  G] Monitory Reward: As per Disbursement from NSDC, Student’s Account will be credited with Monitory Reward as per Job Roles. On an Average Rs. 3,000/- to Rs. 5,700/- is credited to Center Account. For Smooth Disbursal Process please make it a point to Facilitate Bank Account Opening before Assessment. The Students who are unsuccessful in Assessment will not get Monitory Reward.
30% - after admission of student
50% - after pass examination
20 % - at the time placement will held.
}  H] Placement: in PMKVY Scheme if the training center provides the student with a placement so training center is eligible to get remaining 20% payment for every Student being placed.

Business Projection:
}  Suppose, in one batch there is 30 candidate  so you can finish your course within 2-3 month.
}  In one day you can take more than 1 batch(like 10 batch), it means 300 candidate in 1 cycle.
}  300 candidate * 5700 INR = 17,10,000/-

So total revenue from PMKVY will be 17,10,000/- (course wise payment will dispatch as per the guideline please read the rate card of the PMKVY)
