The main task of outbound center is to call the customers and do a survey,
they can take both Yes or No.

The requirements are

  • A team of 10/20 agents
  • Making  outbound calls to the UK (1pm to 9pm GMT)
  • Full voice recordings of all applications made
  • VOIP or IPLC to the UK
  • Ability to upload voice files to our FTP as the shift is going on
  • An onsite trainer to be taught on the process
  • Data of UK homes or title, first name, last name and address 


The process is

  • Business to Consumer
  • Making call of  UK homes and asking the customer to complete a simple market research survey
  • The survey is a maximum of 5 questions and is tailored to the customers age
  • Expected applications per hour is 4 (average call length is 3 minutes)
  • Each call should fixed up with  a positive answer .
  • This is not a sales campaign purely asking the customer questions, so no collection of any banking / personal information


We will provide


  • CRM information
  • Training over the telephone initially with a view to support with extra onsite training once the campaign is up and running
  • 24 hour verification from our facility in UK of applications submitted
  • Online statistics of accepted applications as the shift goes on
  • Daily and weekly reports of mistakes / disqualified application submitted
  • Billing on a 14 days cycle - with guaranteed orders for positive responses for the questions asked
  • Payments will be made from the UK and will settled within 7 days of invoice receipt
  • Support of growing the questions asked with new clients coming on board on a monthly basis
