NUMBER OF SEATS REQUIRED: 10 per slot.Payment Cycle: Weekly/Twice a week.
STEPS:
1. Calls from US Numbers will be routed to your center through DID center needs to access their Computer.
2. Show errors in their computers.
3. Install the software in their computer.
4. Charge for the license key(if Required).
5. Activate the software with the key.
6. Try to sell yearly Plan (Recommended- Extra payment per upsale, up to 100 USD as per packages.).
Procedure of Sign Up:
Give Profile.
Letter of Intent.
Furnish previous experience in Call Centers.
Sign up agreement with Bangalore(India) based Client(Online/Offline)
Pay The Business Procurement Fees of 5 lakhs
Payment Gateway Clearance will be provided by Client
Acknowledgment from US Client Directly (US Client, Reference Center will be disclosed once the center signs the SLA and pays the Business Procurement Fees)
Training for 5 Days
